CORRIGENDUM


IN the New Zealand Gazette No. 6, dated 6th February, 1947, on page 169, under the heading " Decisions of the Bureau of Industry under Part III of the Industrial Efficiency Act, 1936," notice was given of two radio-manufacturing industry licenses as having been given. Those notices are hereby cancelled, and the following substituted therefor :-

Abolishing Poverty Bay River District, County of Cook Dissolving Waimakariri River Trust

A PROCLAMATION A PROCLAMATION

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the Control Acts 1941, 1946, and the Soil Conservation and Rivers Control Act, 1941, I, Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that as on and from the first day of April, one thousand nine hundred and forty-seven, the Poverty Bay River District, situated in the Poverty Bay Catchment District, shall be abolished.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 10th day of February, 1947.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section ten of the Soil Conservation and Rivers Control Amendment Act, 1946, I, Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that as on and from the first day of April, one thousand nine hundred and forty-seven, the Waimakariri River Trust, situated in the North Canterbury Catchment District, shall be dissolved, and that the powers and functions thereof shall be transferred to the North Canterbury Catchment Board.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 10th day of February, 1947.
