Price Order No. 803 (Amendment No. 8 of Price Orders Nos. 307 and 308; Amendment No. 10 of Price Orders Nos. 309, 310, and 311; Amendment No. 5 of Price Order No. 677; Amendment No. 2 of Price Order No. 730; and Amendment No. 1 of Price Order No. 752) (Jam)

PURSUANT to the powers conferred on it by the Control of Prices Act, 1947, the Price Tribunal, acting with the authority of the Minister of Industries and Commerce, doth hereby make the following amending Price Order:—

This Order may be cited as Price Order No. 803, and shall be read together with and deemed part of each of the several Price Orders specified in the First Schedule hereto.
This Order shall come into force on the 12th day of December, 1947.
(1) The Price Orders specified in the Second Schedule hereto are hereby revoked.
(2) The revocation of the said Orders shall not affect the liability of any person for any offence in relation thereto committed before the coming into force of this Order.
Each of the Price Orders specified in the First Schedule hereto is hereby amended by revoking the Schedule thereto, and substituting in each case the following Schedule:—
