Price Order No. 799 (Amendment No. 2 of Price Orders Nos. 511 and 515) (Tomato Purée and Tomatoes canned by S. Kirkpatrick and Co., Ltd., or Thompson and Hills, Ltd., or by J. Wattie Canneries, Ltd.)

PURSUANT to the powers conferred on it by the Control of Prices Act, 1947, the Price Tribunal, acting with the authority of the Minister of Industries and Commerce, doth hereby make the following amending Price Order :—

  1. This Order may be cited as Price Order No. 799, and shall be read together with and deemed part of Price Orders No. 511* and No. 515† (hereinafter referred to as the principal Orders).

  2. This Order shall come into force on the 12th day of December, 1947.

  3. The principal Orders, as amended by Price Order No. 740‡, are hereby amended by omitting from the Schedule to each Order the retailers’ prices "1s. 10½d.", "2s. 4½d.", and "4s. 4½d." with respect to canned tomato purée, and "0s. 11½d.", "1s. 7d.", "2s. 3d.", and "4s. 2½d." with respect to canned tomatoes, and substituting the prices "1s. 7½d.", "2s. 0d.", "3s. 7½d." with respect to canned tomato purée, and "0s. 10d.", "1s. 4d.", "1s. 10½d.", and "3s. 6d." with respect to canned tomatoes respectively.

PURSUANT to the powers conferred on it by the Control of Prices Act, 1947, the Price Tribunal, acting with the authority of the Minister of Industries and Commerce, doth hereby make the following amending Price Order :—

  1. This Order may be cited as Price Order No. 800, and shall be read together with and deemed part of Price Order No. 512* (hereinafter referred to as the principal Order).

  2. This Order shall come into force on the 12th day of December, 1947.

  3. The principal Order is hereby amended by omitting from the Schedule thereto the retailers’ prices "1s. 0d.", "1s. 3½d.", "1s. 9½d.", "2s. 4½d.", and "4s. 4½d." with respect to canned tomato purée, and "1s. 0d.", "1s. 3d.", "1s. 9d.", "2s. 3d.", and "4s. 2½d." with respect to canned tomatoes, and substituting the prices "0s. 10d.", "1s. 1d.", "1s. 6d.", "2s. 0d.", and "3s. 7½d." with respect to canned tomato purée, and "0s. 10d.", "1s. 0½d.", "1s. 5½d.", "1s. 10½d.", and "3s. 6d." with respect to canned tomatoes respectively.

PURSUANT to the powers conferred on it by the Control of Prices Act, 1947, the Price Tribunal, acting with the authority of the Minister of Industries and Commerce, doth hereby make the following amending Price Order :—

  1. This Order may be cited as Price Order No. 801, and shall be read together with and deemed part of Price Orders No. 513* and No. 514† (hereinafter referred to as the principal Orders).

  2. This Order shall come into force on the 12th day of December, 1947.

  3. The principal Orders are hereby amended by omitting from the Schedule to each Order the retailers’ prices "1s. 7d.", "2s. 4½d.", and "4s. 4½d." with respect to canned tomato purée, and "0s. 11½d.", "1s. 7d.", "2s. 3d.", and "4s. 2½d." with respect to canned tomatoes, and substituting the prices "1s. 4d.", "2s. 0d.", and "3s. 7½d." with respect to canned tomato purée, and "0s. 10d.", "1s. 4d.", "1s. 10½d.", and "3s. 6d." with respect to canned tomatoes respectively.

Price Order No. 802 (Amendment No. 2 of Price Order No. 675) (Canned Herrings)

PURSUANT to the powers conferred on it by the Control of Prices Act, 1947, the Price Tribunal, acting with the authority of the Minister of Industries and Commerce, doth hereby make the following amending Price Order :—

  1. This Order may be cited as Price Order No. 802, and shall be read together with and deemed part of Price Order No. 675* (hereinafter referred to as the principal Order).

  2. This Order shall come into force on the 12th day of December, 1947.

  3. The principal Order is hereby amended as follows :—

(a) By omitting from paragraph (a) of clause 5 the figures "2s. 4d.", "1s. 6d.", and "2s. 3½d.", and substituting the figures "1s. 11½d.", "1s. 2½d.", and "1s. 10½d." respectively.

(b) By omitting from paragraph (b) of clause 5 the figures "2s. 5d.", "1s. 6½d.", and "2s. 4½d.", and substituting the figures "2s. 0½d.", "1s. 3d.", and "1s. 11½d." respectively.

PURSUANT to the powers conferred on it by the Control of Prices Act, 1947, the Price Tribunal, acting with the authority of the Minister of Industries and Commerce, doth hereby make the following amending Price Order :—

  1. This Order may be cited as Price Order No. 804, and shall be read together with and deemed part of Price Order No. 747* (hereinafter referred to as the principal Order).

  2. This Order shall come into force on the 12th day of December, 1947.

  3. The principal Order is hereby amended as follows :—

(a) By omitting from subclause (1) of clause 5 all words after the words "shall be", and substituting the following words :—
