Notice of Intention to take Land in the Borough of Blenheim for Housing Purposes

NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act, 1928, to take the land described in the Schedule hereto for housing purposes: And notice is hereby further given that the plan of the land required to be taken is deposited in the post-office at Blenheim and is there open for inspection; and that all persons affected by the taking of the said land should, if they have any well-grounded objections to the taking of such land, set forth the same in writing, and send such writing, within forty days from the first publication of this notice, to the Minister of Works at Wellington.

In the Marlborough Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 125205, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

The Taumarunui Milk Delivery Notice 1944, Amendment No. 6

PURSUANT to the Milk Delivery Emergency Regulations 1945,* the Minister of Marketing doth hereby give notice as follows:—

  1. This notice may be cited as the Taumarunui Milk Delivery Notice 1944, Amendment No. 6, and shall be read together with and deemed part of the Taumarunui Milk Delivery Notice 1944† (hereinafter referred to as the principal scheme).

  2. Clause (6) of the principal scheme as amended is hereby amended by revoking the words “I. G. Rule, Taumarunui,” in relation to Zones Nos. 2 and 4, and substituting the words “W. R. Boulton, Taumarunui.”

The Greymouth Milk Delivery Notice 1945, Amendment No. 4

PURSUANT to the Milk Delivery Emergency Regulations 1945,* the Minister of Marketing doth hereby give notice as follows:—

  1. This notice may be cited as the Greymouth Milk Delivery Notice 1945, Amendment No. 4, and shall be read together with and deemed part of the Greymouth Milk Delivery Notice 1945† (hereinafter referred to as the principal scheme).

  2. Clause (7) of the principal scheme is hereby amended by revoking the words “B. Tindale, Greymouth,” in relation to deliveries in Zone X, and substituting the words “J. Chunn, Greymouth.”

  1. This notice may be cited as the Taihape Milk Delivery Notice 1943, Amendment No. 4, and shall be read together with and deemed part of the Taihape Milk Delivery Notice 1943† (hereinafter referred to as the principal scheme).

  2. Clause 7 of the principal scheme is hereby amended by revoking the words “I. A. Jacobsen” in relation to deliveries in Zone 1, and substituting the words “K. Kelly, Taihape.”

PURSUANT to Regulation 5:1 of the Lemon Marketing Regulations 1940, I hereby fix the following prices per loose bushel to be paid by the Marketing Department for lemons delivered to the Department during the undermentioned period.

Period of delivery (both days inclusive) 1st December to 31st December, 1947:—

THE following special order made by the Mount Albert Borough Council on the 11th day of November, 1947, is published pursuant to section 5 (c) of the Noxious Weeds Act, 1928.

SPECIAL ORDER

“In exercise of the powers conferred on it by the Noxious Weeds Act, 1928, the Mount Albert Borough Council hereby resolves and declares, by way of special order, that the plant mentioned in the Schedule hereto (being a plant included in the Second Schedule to the said Act, as extended from time to time by the Governor-General in Council) is a noxious weed within the Borough of Mount Albert.
