Additional Land taken for the Development of Water-power (Henderson Substation) in Block XIV, Waitemata Survey District

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the development of water-power (Henderson Substation).

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of additional land taken: 2 roods 29·2 perches.
Being part Lot 10, D.P. 29329, being part Allotment 5A, Waipareira Parish.

Situated in Block XIV, Waitemata Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 34267.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 124979, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 8th day of December, 1947.

Land taken for an Automatic-telephone Exchange in the City of Christchurch

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for an automatic-telephone exchange; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the fifteenth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and forty-seven.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 28·7 perches.
Being Lot 2, D.P. 8444, part of Rural Section 135, situated in the City of Christchurch, and being the balance of the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 70, folio 117 (Canterbury Land Registry).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 8th day of December, 1947.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a quarry; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the fifteenth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and forty-seven.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 4 acres 3 roods 6·16 perches.
Being part Railway land in Proclamation 1655, being part Lot 1, S.O. plan 18305, being part Section 14, Hutt District.

Situated in Block XIV, Belmont Survey District (City of Lower Hutt). (S.O. 21601.)

In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 126254, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 8th day of December, 1947.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as street: 1·8 perches.
Being part Allotment 178, Town of Hamilton East.

Situated in Block II, Hamilton Survey District (City of Hamilton) (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 33580.)

In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 126198, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
