Price Order No. 791 (Amendment No. 3 of Price Order No. 617) (Paint)

PURSUANT to the powers conferred on it by the Control of Price Act, 1947, the Price Tribunal, acting with the authority of the Minister of Industries and Commerce, doth hereby make the following amending Price Order:-

  1. This Order may be cited as Price Order No. 791, and shall be read together with and deemed part of Price Order No. 617* (hereinafter referred to as the principal Order).

  2. This Order shall come into force on the 5th day of December, 1947.

  3. The Second Schedule to the principal Order, as amended by Price Order No. 772†, is hereby further amended by inserting therein the items set out in the Schedule hereto.

Election of Two Members to Board of Appeal under the Public Service Act, 1912, and Amendments

I HEREBY give notice that in accordance with the Public Service Act, 1912, and regulations made thereunder, an election for two members of the Board of Appeal was held on 11th November, 1947, and the following votes were recorded:-

NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to an application in that behalf made to me by the New Zealand Theatre Proprietors' Industrial Association of Employers, registered number 1868, situated at Wellington, and in exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section 22 of the Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Act, 1925, it is my intention to cancel the registration of that industrial association after the expiration of six weeks from the date of publication of this notice in the Gazette, unless in the meantime cause is shown to the contrary.
