1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg,
the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby
declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land
subject to the Land Act, 1924.

IN pursuance of the power and authority conferred upon me by
section nine of the Housing Act, 1919, I, Lieutenant-General
Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion
of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the area of
Crown land described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same
is hereby set apart for the purposes of Part I of the said Act.

BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred
upon me by section eighteen of the Forests Act, 1921–22, I,
Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby set apart the
Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as a permanent State
forest.
SCHEDULE
WESTLAND LAND DISTRICT.—WESTLAND CONSERVANCY
ALL that area in the Westland Land District, Grey County, con-
taining by admeasurement 22 acres 0 roods 11·1 perches, more or
less, being Reserve 1894, Block II, Ahaura Survey District, Reserve
1892, Block XIII, Mawheraiti Survey Dustrict, and Reserves 1893
and 1895, Block XIV, Mawheraiti Survey District. As the same
is more particularly delineated on plan No. 120/36, deposited in
the Head Office of the State Forest Service at Wellington, and
thereon bordered red.

deposited in the Head Office of the State Forest Service at Wellington,
