A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public works depot; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the first day of December, one thousand nine hundred and forty-seven.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken : 16 acres 2 roods 35 perches.
Being part of Reserve 350, situated in Block XVI, Westerfield Survey District, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 58, folio 105 (Canterbury Land Registry).
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 25th day of November, 1947.
