Temp. Lieutenant R. Q. Quentin-Baxter, from the Canterbury Regiment, to be Hon. Captain, and is seconded to the 2nd New Zealand Expeditionary Force for special duty with the International Prosecution Section for the trial of the far eastern war criminals at the headquarters of the Supreme Commander for the Allied Powers in Tokyo.
