A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as street the land described in the Schedule hereto.

Pursuant to section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as street the land described in the Schedule hereto.

Authorizing the Laying-off of Allum Street, Sage Road (Extension) Rawhitiroa Road (Extension), and Sioata Crescent, in the City of Auckland, of Widths less than 66 ft., subject to Conditions as to the Building-line

ORDER IN COUNCIL
At the Government House at Wellington, this 12th day of November, 1947
Present:
His Excellency the Governor-General in Council Pursuant to the Municipal Corporations Act, 1933, and the Public Works Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby authorize the Auckland City Council to permit the laying-off of the proposed street first described in the Schedule hereto of a width less than sixty-six feet, but not less than fifty feet, and of the proposed streets secondly, thirdly, and fourthly described in the Schedule hereto of a width less than sixty-six feet, but not less than sixty feet, subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on Lots 43 and 35 of a sub-division of the land fronting the proposed streets first and secondly described in the Schedule hereto (as shown on the plan referred to in the said Schedule) within a distance of forty feet from the centre-lines of the said streets, or on the balance of the land (excepting the land comprised in Certificate of Title, Volume 593, folio 172, Auckland Registry) fronting the proposed streets described in the Schedule hereto within a distance of forty-eight feet from the centre-lines of the said streets.
SCHEDULE
THAT proposed street in the North Auckland Land District, City of Auckland, to be known as Sioata Crescent, containing by admeasurement 3 roods, more or less, being part Allotment 29, District of Tamaki.
Also that proposed street in the said land district and city, being an extension of Rawhitiroa Road, containing by admeasurement 2 roods 33 perches, more or less, being part Allotment 29, District of Tamaki.
Also that proposed street in the said land district and city, being an extension of Sage Road, containing by admeasurement 2 roods 28 perches, more or less, being part Allotment 28, District of Tamaki.
Also that proposed street in the said land district and city, to be known as Allum Street, containing by admeasurement 2 acres, more or less, being part Allotment 28, District of Tamaki.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 124871, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

The North-western Side of Portion of Burleigh Road, in the Borough of Blenheim, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line

ORDER IN COUNCIL
At the Government House at Wellington, this 12th day of November, 1947
Present:
His Excellency the Governor-General in Council Pursuant to section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Blenheim Borough Council on the twenty-seventh day of August, one thousand nine hundred and forty-seven, viz:-
"The Blenheim Borough Council, being the local authority having control of the roads in the Borough of Blenheim, by resolution declares that the provision of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to the north-western portion of Burleigh Road fronting the south-eastern portion of part Section 6 and part Section 196, District of Omaka, and contained in the Certificate of Title 8/163";
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the north-western side of the portion.of Burleigh Road (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.
SCHEDULE
The north-western side of all that portion of street situated in the Marlborough Land District, Borough of Blenheim, known as Burleigh Road, fronting parts of Sections 6 and 196, District of Omaka. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 126238, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
