Additional Land taken for a Hospital in the City of Auckland

A PROCLAMATION
P URSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare
that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby
taken for a hospital and shall vest in the Auckland Hospital Board
as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that
this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the seventeenth day
of November, one thousand nine hundred and forty-seven.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of additional land taken : 1 rood.
Being part of Allotment 17, Section 18, Suburbs of Auckland,
bounded as appears on D.P. 2690, reserving, however, to the
owners for the time being of Lots 8, 9, and 10 of the said Allot-
ment 17 a right to drain particularly specified in Transfer 28907,
and being the whole of the land comprised and described in
Certificate of Title, Volume 110, folio 159 (Auckland Land
Registry).
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal
of that Dominion, this 5th day of November, 1947.

District

A PROCLAMATION
P URSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare
that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for
housing purposes; and I do also declare that this Proclamation
shall take effect on and after the seventeenth day of November, one
thousand nine hundred and forty-seven.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken : 1 rood 7 perches.
Being part Rural Section 840.
Situated in Block X, Christchurch Survey District (Canter-
bury R.D.). (S.O. 7773.)
In the Canterbury Land District; as the same is more parti-
cularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 123832, deposited
in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon
coloured orange.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the
Seal of that Dominion, this 5th day of November, 1947.

A PROCLAMATION
P URSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I Lieutenant-
General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare
that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for
housing purposes; and I do also declare that this Proclamation
shall take effect on and after the seventeenth day of November,
one thousand nine hundred and forty-seven.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken : 1 rood 3-75 perches.
Being part Section 227, right bank Wanganui River (City of
Wanganui) (S.O. 21516.).
Situated in Block V, Westmere Survey District.
In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particu-
larly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 125763, deposited in
the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon
coloured blue.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the
Seal of that Dominion, this 11th day of November, 1947.
