Land in Gisborne Land District forfeited

NOTICE is hereby given that the lease of the undermentioned land having been declared forfeit by resolution of the Gisborne Land Board, the said land has thereby reverted to the Crown under the provisions of the Land Act, 1924.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND FOR RECREATION RESERVE

NOTICE is hereby given that the Devonport Borough Council proposes under the provisions of the Public Works Act, 1928, to execute a public work—viz., the provision and laying out of a recreation reserve on portion of Allotment 25 of Section 2 of the Parish of Takapuna—and for the purpose of such public work the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken:

And notice is hereby further given that a copy of the said plan of the land required to be taken is deposited for public inspection at the office of the Devonport Borough Council, Town Clerk's Office, Marine Square, Devonport, Auckland N. 1: And notice is hereby further given that all persons affected by the execution of such public work or by the taking of such land shall, if they have any well-grounded objection to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said land, set forth the same in writing within forty days from the first publication of this notice to the Town Clerk at the Town Clerk's Office, Devonport.
