NOTICE is hereby given in pursuance of the Regulations Act, 1936, of the making of regulations and orders as under :-

Releasing Land from the Provisions of Part I of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1936

PURSUANT to subsection (2) of section 4 of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1936, the Board of Native Affairs hereby revokes, so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto, a certain notice dated the 9th day of June, 1930, and published in Gazette No. 45 of the 19th day of the same month at page 1983, whereby the provisions of subsection (3) of section 23 of the Native Land Amendment and Native Land Claims Adjustment Act, 1929 (now Part I of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1936), were applied to, inter alia, the said land, and such land is hereby excluded from the Kaipara Development Scheme.

SCHEDULE

ALL that area of land in the Tokerau Native Land Court District containing 4 acres l rood, more or less, and called or known as Tokatoka, Block X, Section 2c 2B.

Releasing Land from the Provisions of Part I of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1936

PURSUANT to subsection (2) of section 4 of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1936, the Board of Native Affairs hereby revokes, so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto, a certain notice dated the 7th day of June, 1940, and published in Gazette No. 60 of the 13th day of the same month, at page 1457, whereby the said land was declared to be subject to Part I of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1936, and such land is hereby excluded from the Heretaunga Development Scheme.

SCHEDULE

ALL that area of Native Land in the Ikaroa Native Land Court District, situate in Block XII, Maraekakaho Survey District, and Block IX, Te Mata Survey District, being that part of the Poukawa Native Reserve called or known as Poukawa No. 7a2, containing 98 acres 2 roods 28 perches, more or less, being part of Lot 7 on Deposited Plan No. 3961, and being part of the land in certificate of title, H.B. Vol. 14, folio 284.

Releasing Land from the Provisions of Part I of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1936

PURSUANT to subsection (2) of section 4 of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1936, the Board of Native Affairs hereby revokes, so far as it affects the lands described in the Schedule hereto, a certain notice dated the 19th day of October, 1938, and published in Gazette No. 77 of the 20th day of the same month, at page 2260, whereby the said lands were declared to be subject to Part I of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1936, and such lands are hereby excluded from the Heretaunga Development Scheme.

I, JOHN BLACKMAN, Chairman of the Leamington Town Board, do hereby declare that at the poll taken on the 22nd day of October, 1947, for the above works, the number of votes recorded was:-
