Additional Land near Frankton Junction taken for the Purposes of
the Kaipara-Waikato Railway

A PROCLAMATION
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in
me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power
and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the
Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that
the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the
purposes of the Kaipara-Waikato Railway.
SCHEDULE
ALL that parcel of land containing 6 acres 0 roods 13 perches, more
or less, being part of the land on Deposited Plan No. 8184, and
being portion of Allotments 46 and 46A of the Parish of Pukete,
and being all the land comprised and described in Certificate of
Title, Volume 719, folio 124 (Auckland Land Registry).
Also all that parcel of land containing 69 acres 0 roods 31·1
perches, more or less, being Lots 1 and 2 on Deposited Plan No. 16377,
and being Allotments 44 and 45 of the Parish of Pukete, and being
all the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume
657, folio 215 (Auckland Land Registry).
Also all that parcel of land containing 16 acres 2 roods 39·4
perches, more or less, being part Lot 1 on Deposited Plan No. 19495,
and being portion of Allotments 74 and 76 of the Parish of Pukete,
and being all the land comprised and described in Certificate of
Title, Volume 487, folio 168 (Auckland Land Registry).
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the
Seal of that Dominion, this 29th day of October, 1947.

and 35 on Deposited Plan No. 18669, Town of Hamilton Extension
No. 31, and being portions of Allotments 74 and 76 of the Parish
of Pukete, and being part of the land comprised and described in
Certificate of Title, Volume 487, folio 169 (Auckland Land Registry).
Situated in Block XIII, Komakorau Survey District, Waipa
County.
In the Auckland Land District; as the same are more parti-
cularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 9026, deposited in
the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon
coloured orange.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the
Seal of that Dominion, this 29th day of October, 1947.

Additional Land taken for a Secondary School in the Borough of
Dannevirke

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare
that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby
taken for a secondary school; and I do also declare that this
Proclamation shall take effect on and after the tenth day of
November, one thousand nine hundred and forty-seven.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of additional land taken: 1 rood
37·2 perches.
Being part Suburban Section 76, Dannevirke.
Situated in the Borough of Dannevirke (Hawke’s Bay R.D.),
(S.O. 2263.)
In the Hawke’s Bay Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 126020, deposited
in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon
coloured orange.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal
of that Dominion, this 31st day of October, 1947.
