P URSUANT to the Rationing Emergency Regulations 1942, the Rationing Controller hereby gives the following directions:—

This notice may be cited as the Foodstuffs Rationing Coupon Notice 1947.

The various classes of coupons hereinafter referred to are those contained in the 7th series ration books.

(2) No person shall in any hotel or restaurant catering for casual guests serve any person with a meal containing meat (not being coupon-free meat) except against the surrender of the appropriate number of available coupons. The appropriate number of coupons shall be computed as if the value of the meat contained in each such meal served to any person was 3d.
