Declaring Portion of the Matanuku Farm Settlement Road, in the Matamata County, to be a County Road

ORDER IN COUNCIL
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 10th day of September, 1947
Present:
THE RIGHT HON. P. FRASER PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
P URSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become county road.
SCHEDULE
ALL that portion of road in the Auckland Land District, Matamata County, known as Matanuku Farm Settlement Road, commencing at its junction with a public road forming the south-eastern boundary generally of Section 49, Block III, Patetere South Survey District, and proceeding thence generally in a south-easterly direction adjoining Sections 50 and 51, Block III, Patetere South Survey District, and terminating at the north-western corner of Section 52, Block III, Patetere South Survey District, being a distance of 16 chains, more or less. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 125887, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red and marked A-B.

ORDER IN COUNCIL
At the Government House at Wellington, this 17th day of September, 1947
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
P URSUANT to section one hundred and twelve of the Public Works Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a county road.
SCHEDULE
ALL that portion of road in the Hawke's Bay Land District, Woodville County, known as the Oringi Farm Settlement Access Road, commencing at its junction with Oringi Road at a point opposite the northernmost corner of Section 29, Block IX, Tahaoraiti Survey District, and proceeding thence in a south-easterly direction generally adjoining or passing through the said Section 29 and Section 30, Block IX, Tahaoraiti Survey District, and terminating at a point on the south-eastern boundary of the said Section 30, being a distance of 29.25 chains, more or less. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 125998, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

WHEREAS by an Order in Council dated the second day of September, one thousand nine hundred and forty-two, and published in the Gazette of the third day of that month, a Domain Board was appointed to have control of the Papatotara Domain therein described:
And whereas it appears expedient to revoke the said Order in Council:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority enabling him in this behalf, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke the aforesaid Order in Council dated the second day of September, one thousand nine hundred and forty-two.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section forty-four of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint
Joseph David Murdoch,
Donald Duff,
William George Ellery,
James Blair,
Rex Homer Bonisch,
Gordon Noel Harrison, and
James Campbell Winchester
to be the Mayfield Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Saturday, the fourth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and forty-seven, at eight o'clock p.m., as the time when, and the Lodge Room, Mayfield, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

Directing Application of Moneys received in respect of Portion of the Ormond Domain, Gisborne Land District, for the Purposes of the Waihirere and Gray's Bush Domain

THE RIGHT HON. P. FRASER PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred by section sixty-one of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby direct that from the moneys received in respect of that portion of the Ormond Domain, described in the First Schedule hereto, and at the date hereof lying to the credit of the said domain, a sum not exceeding three hundred pounds shall be applied in managing, administering, and improving the Waihirere and Gray's Bush Domain described in the Second Schedule hereto.

ALL that area in Block I, Waimata Survey District, containing by admeasurement 107 acres 1 rood 5 perches, more or less, being the section marked "Bush Reserve," and being the land referred to in the Order in Council dated 1st August, 1910, and published in Gazette No. 75 of the 4th day of that month, at page 3115.
