PURSUANT to section one hundred and forty-nine of the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as stopped the Government road described in the Schedule hereto, such road being no longer required.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the twentieth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and forty-two, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 93 of the twenty-second day of the same month, at page 2497, and deposited in the Land Registry Office at Blenheim under No. 586, taking land for the South Island Main Trunk Railway (North End) (approximately 99 m. to 101 m.), in so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto, such land being no longer required.
