Polling-places for the Mount Albert Electoral District appointed

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred upon me by the Electoral Act, 1927, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby abolish all existing polling-places, and do hereby appoint the places mentioned in the Schedule hereto to be the polling-places in the said Electoral District of Mount Albert.

Officer authorized to take and receive Statutory Declarations

PURSUANT to the authority conferred upon me by the three-hundred-and-first section of the Justices of the Peace Act, 1927, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby notify and declare that Walter Sinclair Barclay, being an officer in the service of the Crown holding the office of Chief Clerk, Lands and Survey Department, at New Plymouth, is authorized to take and receive statutory declarations under the three-hundred-and-first section of the Justices of the Peace Act, 1927.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, this 29th day of August, 1947.
