The Northern Side of Portion of Greig's Drain Road, in the County
of Eyre, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public
Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line

ORDER IN COUNCIL
At the Government House at Wellington, this 27th day of
August, 1947
Present:
His Excellency the Governor-General in Council
Pursuant to section one hundred and twenty-eight of the
Public Works Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion,
doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the
Eyre County Council on the fifteenth day of July, one thousand
nine hundred and forty-seven, viz. :
“ The Eyre County Council, being the local authority
having control of the roads in the County of Eyre, by resolution
declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-
eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to the
northern side of the portion of Greig's Drain Road adjoining
part Rural Section 801, being the land comprised in certificate
of Title, Volume 426, folio 281 (Canterbury Registry) ” ;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall
at any time be erected on the land fronting the northern side of
the portion of Greig's Drain Road (described in the Schedule hereto)
within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the
said portion of road.
SCHEDULE
The northern side of all that portion of road situated in the Canter-
bury Land District, County of Eyre, known as Greig's Drain Road,
fronting part Lot 1, D.P. 684, being part of Rural Sections 801
and 2385, Block III, Christchurch Survey District, part of the said
land being more particularly shown as Lots 1 and 2, D.P. 12905.
As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked
P.W.D. 125920, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works
at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Pursuant to section one hundred and twenty-eight of the
Public Works Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion,
doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the
Lower Hutt City Council on the twelfth day of May, one thousand
nine hundred and forty-seven, viz. :
“ The Lower Hutt City Council, being the local authority
having control of the streets in the City of Lower Hutt, by
resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred
and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not
apply to the western side of the portion of Parliament Street
adjoining Lots 1 and 2 of a certain plan of subdivision prepared
by A. C. Clendon, Esquire, Registered Surveyor, and being
part of Section 24 of the Hutt District, and being all the
land contained in Certificate of Title, Volume 345, folio 297
(Wellington Registry) ” ;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall
at any time be erected on the land fronting the north-western side
of the portion of Parliament Street (described in the Schedule
hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line
of the said portion of street.
SCHEDULE
The north-western side of all that portion of street situated in the
Wellington Land District, City of Lower Hutt, known as Parliament
Street, fronting part Section 24 of the Hutt District, and being part
Lot C on Deeds Plan 164A. As the same is more particularly
delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 125893, deposited in the
office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
red.

Wellington, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the
Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the

Public Works Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice
and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth
hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Wellington
City Council on the twenty-fourth day of April, one thousand nine
hundred and forty-seven, viz. :
“ The Wellington City Council, being the local authority
having control of the streets in the City of Wellington, by
resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred
and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply
to that portion of the south-western side of Chaytor Street
fronting the land comprised in Certificate of Title 122/256,
being part Section 32, Karori ” ;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall
at any time be erected on the land fronting the south-western side
of the portion of Chaytor Street (described in the Schedule hereto)
within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said
portion of street.
SCHEDULE
The south-western side of all that portion of street situated in the
Wellington Land District, City of Wellington, known as Chaytor
Street, fronting part Section 32, Karori District. As the same is
more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 125992,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and
thereon coloured red.

Marton, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the
Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-
line

His Excellency the Governor-General in Council
Pursuant to section one hundred and twenty-eight of the
Public Works Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion,
doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the
Marton Borough Council on the ninth day of July, one thousand
nine hundred and forty-seven, viz. :
“ The Marton Borough Council, being the local authority
having control in the Town of Marton, by resolution declared
that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight
of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to the western
side of the portion of Blackwell Street adjoining all that piece
of land containing 2 roods, more or less, being part of Section 16
on the plan of the Agricultural Reserve in the Rangitikei
District, and being Lots 75 and 77 on the plan deposited in the
Deeds Register Office at Wellington as No. 480, and being the
whole of the land comprised and described in certificate of
title, Volume 337, folio 280 (Wellington Registry), limited as to
parcels ” ;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall
at any time be erected on the land fronting the western side of the
portion of Blackwell Street (described in the Schedule hereto)
within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the
said portion of street.
SCHEDULE
The western side of all that portion of street situated in the
Wellington Land District, Borough of Marton, known as Blackwell
Street, fronting Lots 75 and 77, Deeds Plan 480, being part of
Section 16, Agricultural Reserve, Rangitikei District. As the
same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D.
125989, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington,
and thereon coloured red.
