Land taken for Buildings of the General Government in the City of Auckland

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for buildings of the General Government; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-ninth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and forty-seven.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 20th day of August, 1947.

Revoking Part of a Proclamation taking Land for a Quarry in Block IX and X, Rotoiti Survey District

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the fifth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 30 of the ninth day of the same month, at page 877, taking land for a quarry in Blocks IX and X, Rotoiti Survey District, in so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto, such land being no longer required.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 26th day of August, 1947.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section thirty-five of the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1924.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown land :
24 perches.
Being part Lot 2, D.P. 11482, being part Rural Section 154 (Spreydon District).

Situated in Block XV, Christchurch Survey District (City of Christchurch) (Canterbury R.D.).

In the Canterbury Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 125941, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 26th day of August, 1947.
