consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in
pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred on him by section
seventeen of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks
Act, 1928, doth hereby appoint the said
John Adamson
to be a member of the Mount Bonar Travelling-stock Reserves
Board, constituted by the Order in Council dated the sixth day
of March, one thousand nine hundred and forty-six, hereinbefore
referred to, in place of the said Louis Robert Gibb, resigned.

ORDER IN COUNCIL
At the Government House at Wellington, this 20th day of
August, 1947
Present :
His Excellency The Governor-General in Council
Pursuant to section one hundred and twenty-eight of the
Public Works Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice
and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth
hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Wairarapa
South County Council on the nineteenth day of June, one thousand
nine hundred and forty-seven, viz. :-
"The Wairarapa South County Council, being the local
authority having control of the roads in the Wairarapa South
County, by resolution declares that the provisions of section
one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928,
shall not apply-firstly, to the south-western side of the portion
of Brooklyn Road adjoining parts Section 183 and 239, Taratahi
Plain Block, Block X, Tiffin Survey District, being the whole of
the land comprised and described in Certificates of Title,
Volume 113, folio 235, and Volume 518, folio 194 (Wellington
Land Registry), and, secondly, to the north-eastern side of the
portion of Dalefield Road adjoining part Section 240, Taratahi
Plain Block, Block X, Tiffin Survey District, being part of the
land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 518,
folio 195 (Wellington Land Registry)" ;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building
shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the south-western
side of the portion of Brooklyn Road and the north-eastern side of
the portion of Dalefield Road (described in the Schedule hereto)
within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-lines of the
said portions of roads.
SCHEDULE
THE south-western side of all that portion of road situated in the
Wellington Land District, County of Wairarapa South, known as
Brooklyn Road, fronting part Sections 239 and 183, Taratahi
Plain Block.
Also the north-eastern side of all that portion of road situated
in the said land district and county, known as Dalefield Road,
fronting part Section 240, Taratahi Plain Block.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan
marked P.W.D. 125270, deposited in the office of the Minister of
Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Whereas the land described in the Schedule hereto has been
duly set apart for recreation purposes: And whereas, in
the opinion of the Governor-General, it is expedient to vest the
said reserve in the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough
of Pukekohe :
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the
Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and
consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in
exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by
section nine of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks
Act, 1928, doth hereby declare that from and after the day of the
date hereof the reserve described in the Schedule hereto shall
become vested in the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the
Borough of Pukekohe, in trust, for recreation purposes.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that area in the Borough of Pukekohe, situated in Block XV,
Drury Survey District, containing by admeasurement 18.8 perches,
more or less, being part of Allotment 69, Suburban Section 1,
Parish of Pukekohe, and being the whole of the land comprised and
described in Certificate of Title, Volume 772, folio 24l (Auckland
Land Registry). As the same is more particularly delineated on the
plan marked L. and S. 1/1107/1/5, deposited in the Head Office,
Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon
