A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section thirty-five of the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1924.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown land : 31 perches.
Being part Lot 1, D.P. 33421, being part Allotment 12, Section 34, Village of Onehunga.
Situated in Block I, Otahuhu Survey District (Borough of Onehunga) (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 34603.)

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for an aerodrome; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-fifth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and forty-seven.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 685 acres rood 3 perches.
Being Sections 5s, 6s, and 7s, Manuherikia Settlement.
Situated in Blocks I and VIII, Leaning Rock Survey District (Otago R.D.).
In the Otago Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 125513, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 14th day of August, 1947.

Alteration of Boundaries, Christchurch Drainage District

A PROCLAMATION
IN pursuance of the powers and authorities vested in me by section two of the Christchurch District Drainage Amendment Act, 1920, and of all other powers and authorities enabling me in this behalf, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare that the area described in the Schedule hereto shall be added to and form part of the Christchurch Drainage District; and, with the like powers and authorities, do hereby also declare that the said area shall be added to the Rural Riccarton Sub-District of the said district as on and from the first day of September, one thousand nine hundred and forty-seven.
SCHEDULE
ALL that area in the County of Waimairi, Canterbury Land District, situated in Block X, Christchurch Survey District, and bounded as follows: Commencing at a point on the boundary of the Christchurch Drainage District in the middle of Riccarton Road at Hanson's Lane and proceeding westerly and north-westerly along the middle of Riccarton and Yaldhurst Roads to a point 2½ chains north-west of the production of the north-west side of Norton's Road; thence north-easterly to and by a right line parallel to and 2½ chains from the said north-western side of Norton's Road to a point 15 chains north-east of the north-eastern side of Yaldhurst Road; thence south-easterly by a right line parallel to and 15 chains from the said north-eastern side of Yaldhurst Road to a point 2½ chains north-west of the north-western side of Brodie's Road; thence north-easterly by a right line parallel to and 2½ chains from the said north-western side of Brodie's Road to a point 2½ chains north-east of the north-eastern side of Godley Street; thence south-easterly by a right line parallel to and 2½ chains from the said north-eastern side of Godley Street to a point on Waimairi Road on the boundary of the Christchurch Drainage District; thence generally southerly along the said boundary of the Christchurch Drainage District to the point of commencement.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 14th day of August, 1947.

WHEREAS by Order in Council dated the twenty-sixth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one, and published in the Gazette of the third day of the following month, at page 804, provision was made that one member of the Lyttelton Harbour Board shall be elected by the electors of the boroughs of Sumner, Lyttelton, and Akaroa and the electors of the counties of Akaroa, Wairewa, and Mount Herbert:
