Crown Land set apart for Irrigation Purposes in Block III, Spaxton Survey District
[L.S.] B. C. FREYBERG, Governor-General A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for irrigation purposes; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the fourteenth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and forty-seven.
SCHEDULE APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: l rood 4.3 perches. Being formerly stopped Government road adjoining or passing through Lot 5, D.P. 6231 (part Rural Section 17882), and Rural Section 17924. Situated in Block III, Spaxton Survey District (Canterbury R.D.). (S.O. 7831.) In the Canterbury Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 125064, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 6th day of August, 1947.

GOD SAVE THE KING! (P.W. 64/101/5/4.) Declaring Land taken for a Government Work, and not required for that Purpose, to be Crown Land [L.S.] B. C. FREYBERG, Governor-General A PROCLAMATION PURSUANT to section thirty-five of the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1924. A SCHEDULE APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown land : 38.95 perches. Being part Lot 22, D.P. 138, part Section 201, Gisborne Suburban. Situated in the Borough of Gisborne (Gisborne R.D.). (S.O. 4246.) In the Gisborne Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 116922, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 8th day of August, 1947.

Land taken, together with the Benefit of and subject to certain Rights-of-way over Land, for a Post-office in the Borough of Mount Eden [L.S.] B. C. FREYBERG, Governor-General A PROCLAMATION PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, together with the benefit of and subject to the rights-of-way created by Memorandum of Transfer No. 215625, Auckland Land Registry, for a post-office; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the eighteenth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and forty-seven.
SCHEDULE APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken : 12.5 perches. Being Lots 1 and 2, D.P. 20603, being portion of Allotment 129 of Section 10 of the Suburbs of Auckland, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 636, folio 172 (Auckland Land Registry).
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 8th day of August, 1947.
