AUG. 7] Survey District, and Blocks XII, XV, and XVI, Onamalutu Survey District, bounded as follows : Commencing at the Wairau Bridge in Block IX, Cloudy Bay Survey District; thence north-westerly by that bridge to the middle-line of the Wairau River; thence in a south-westerly direction by the middle-line of the Wairau River to its junction with the middle-line of the Waihopai River; thence south-easterly by the middle-line of the Waihopai River to a point opposite the south boundary of the road adjoining Section 12, Block XVI, Onamalutu Survey District; thence easterly by a right line to the said road; thence northerly and north-easterly generally by the said road and the river-bank reserve fronting the aforesaid Section 12, the river-bank road abutting Section 1, Block XVI, Onamalutu Survey District, Section 172, Omaka Registration District, Section 9A, Block XII, Onamalutu Survey District, and Sections 5 and 4, Block IX, Cloudy Bay Survey District, to the Wairau Bridge, the point of commencement. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 22/3200r, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 30th day of July, 1947

His Excellency THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
Pursuant to section five of the Native Purposes Act, 1937,
His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, doth hereby set apart and reserve the Native freehold land described in the Schedule hereto as a Native reservation for the common use of the Urunumia, Porahui, Ngati te Kanawa, Parewaeono, and Kaputuhi Sub-tribes of the Ngati Maniapoto Tribe as a meeting-house site and urupa.

Revoking a Previous Order in Council and Reapportioning Representation on the Waitomo Electric-power Board

ORDER IN COUNCIL
At the Government House at Wellington, this 6th day of August, 1947
Present:
His Excellency THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
Pursuant to the Electric-power Boards Act, 1925, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, doth hereby revoke, as from the date of the next general election of the representatives of the constituent districts of the Waitomo Electric-power District, the Order in Council dated the eleventh day of April, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-four, and published in the Gazette on the seventeenth day of the same month, apportioning representation on the Waitomo Electric-power Board, and doth hereby determine, in lieu thereof, that on and after the said date the number of representatives of each constituent district on the said Board shall be the number specified in the Schedule hereto opposite the name of that constituent district; and doth further determine that the constituent districts which are bracketed together in the first column of the Schedule hereto are hereby constituted combined districts for the purpose of the said Act, and that the local authority of the constituent district distinguished in the first column of the Schedule hereto by the letter "(P)" shall be the principal local authority of each such combined district; and doth further determine that the first election of the representatives of the said combined districts shall be held on the date of the said next general election.
