Section 5 of Block VI, Awakino East Survey District, and a public
road, to and along the north-western boundary of part of Manga-
awakino 8A 2B 1 Block, the north-western boundaries of
Mangaawakino Nos. 7 and 6 Blocks, the northern boundary of
Mangaawakino No. 4 Block, the northern and western boundaries
of Mangaawakino No. 1c Block, the north-western boundary of part
of Mangapapa B 2 Block, as shown on the plan numbered 1087,
deposited as aforesaid, and a right line being that boundary produced
to the middle of the Mokau River; then up the middle of the
Mokau River to a point in line with the southern boundary of
Subdivision 1 of Section 3, Block III, Mokau Survey District;
then to and along the southern and western boundaries of the
said Subdivision 1 of Section 3, the northern, western, and southern
boundaries of part Section 3 to the eastern boundary of Lot 13 on
the plan numbered 3049, deposited in the office of the District Land
Registrar at New Plymouth; then along the eastern and southern
boundaries of the said Lot 13, along the southern boundaries of
Lots 7 and 6 on the plan numbered 3836, deposited as aforesaid,
to Tawariki Trig. Station; then along the western boundaries
of Blocks VII and III, Mokau Survey District, and the last-
mentioned boundary produced to the middle of the Mokau River;
then down the middle of that river to the Tasman Sea; then
northerly generally along the shores of the Tasman Sea to the point
of commencement. As the same is more particularly delineated

thereon edged blue, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works,
but excluding therefrom that area shown edged red on the plan
marked P.W.D. 101734, deposited as aforesaid, and that area
shown edged blue on the plan marked S.H.D. 6, deposited in the
office of the Minister in Charge of the State Hydro-electric
Department.


FOURTH SCHEDULE
WAITOMO ELECTRIC-POWER DISTRICT

ALL that area in the Auckland and Taranaki Land Districts,
situated in the Counties of Kawhia, Otorohanga, Waipa, and
Waitomo, and including the whole of the Borough of Te Kuiti and
the Town District of Otorohanga, bounded by a line commencing
at a point in Block IX, Kawhia North Survey District, known as
Urawitiki Point, being on the southern side of the entrance to the
Kawhia Harbour, and running easterly generally along the southern
shores of the said harbour, to and up the middle of the Waiharakeke
Stream to a point in line with the north-western boundary of
Taumatatotara No. 1F Block; then along a right line, to and
along the north-western and south-western boundaries of the said
block, crossing the intervening public road and the Waiharakeke
Stream aforesaid, along the south-western boundary of Taumata-
totara No. 1G Block, the south-western and south-eastern bound-
aries of Taumatatotara No. 4B 4 Block, to and along the south-
western and southern boundaries of Lot 11, as shown on the plans
numbered 7460, 7461, and 7462, deposited in the office of the
District Land Registrar at Auckland, being part of Hauturu
West G 2 No. 2B 2 Block, crossing two intervening public roads, to
and along the southern boundary of Section 1, Block III, Kawhia
South Survey District, a right line across a public road, to and
along the generally southern boundary of Section 5, Block IV, of
the said survey district, and Section 8, Block I, Orahiri Survey
District, and a right line being the last-mentioned boundary pro-
duced to the middle of Hauturu Road; then south-easterly
generally along the middle of the said road to a point in line with
the southern boundary of Section 3 of the aforesaid Block I;
then along a right line, to and along the said southern boundary,
and a right line across a public road, to and along the southern
and eastern boundaries of Section 4 of Block I aforesaid, to and
along the southern boundary of Section 6B, Block II, Orahiri Survey
District, and a right line being that boundary produced to the
middle of Tapuae Road; then northerly generally along the
middle of that road to a point in line with the southern boundary
of Lot 2 of Section 7 of Block II aforesaid; then along a right
line, to and along the southern and south-eastern boundaries of
the said Lot 2, the south-eastern boundary of Lot 1 of Section 7
aforesaid, and the south-eastern boundary of Section 5 of Block II
aforesaid, to and along the south-western boundary of Section 25,
Block III, Orahiri Survey District, a right line across a public road,
to and along the generally southern and eastern boundaries of
Section 29 of Block III aforesaid, along the south-eastern and
eastern boundaries of Section 7 of the said Block III to the north-
western corner of Section 17 of Block III aforesaid; then along
a right line, passing through the said Section 7, to the south-
western corner of part Otorohanga No. 2C 2B Block; then
easterly along the generally southern boundary of the said block,
crossing the intervening public road, the south-eastern boundary
of Section 5 of Block III aforesaid, to and along the south-western
boundary of Section 6, Block IV, of the said survey district, and
a right line crossing a public road, and passing through Sections 7B
and 8A of Block IV aforesaid to the south-western corner of
Section 43 of the said Block IV; then along the south-western
boundary of Section 43 aforesaid, and the generally western and
southern boundaries of Section 29 of Block IV aforesaid, a right
line across a public road, to and along the southern boundary of
Section 31 of the said Block IV, and a right line being that boundary
produced to the middle of the Waipa River; then northerly
generally down the middle of the said river to its confluence with

on the plan numbered 24337, deposited as aforesaid, Lot 7, as

part Puketarata No. 6B 2B 1 Block, Lot 2, as shown on the plan
numbered 30155, deposited as aforesaid, being part Section 12,
Block XIV, Puniu Survey District, the south-eastern boundary of
Section 5A, Block XV, Puniu Survey District, to and along the
south-western boundaries of Lot 1, as shown on the plan
numbered 9133, deposited as aforesaid, being parts of Rangitoto A
Nos. 1A and 1B 2 Blocks, Lots 2 and 3, as shown on the plan
numbered 10888, deposited as aforesaid, being part Rangitoto A
No. 1B 2 Block, to the southernmost corner of the last-mentioned
lot; then along the south-eastern boundary of the said Lot 3,
a right line across a public road, to and along the south-eastern
boundary of Rangitoto A 1A and A 1B 2 No. 5 Block, as shown
on the Native Land Plan numbered 16406, lodged with the Chief
Surveyor in Auckland, to the south-eastern corner of the last-
mentioned block; then southerly along the western boundary
of Section 4, Block XV, Puniu Survey District, the western and
southern boundaries of Rangitoto A No. 54 Block, the southern
boundaries of Sections 21 and 3, Block IV, Mangaorongo Survey
District, to and along the north-western boundary of Section 11,
the north-western and south-western boundaries of Section 10,
both sections being of Block IV aforesaid, a right line across a public
road, to and along the south-western and south-eastern boundaries
of Section 20 of Block IV aforesaid, along the south-eastern
boundaries of Sections 8, 7, and 12 of the said Block IV, and a
right line across a public road and the Mangatutu Stream, to and
along the south-eastern boundary of part Korakonui No. 4 Block,
the south-western and south-eastern boundaries of Lot 2 and the
south-eastern boundaries of Lots 3 and 8, as shown on the plan
numbered 15910, deposited as aforesaid, being parts of Whare-
puhunga Nos. 5D, 5F, and 12A 2B Blocks, to and along the south-
western boundary of Wharepuhunga No. 12A 2B Block aforesaid,
being a right line through Lots 8 and 3, as shown on the plan

Survey District, a right line across Karaka Road, to and along the
south-eastern boundary of Section 11 of Block III aforesaid to the
easternmost corner of the last-mentioned section; then along
a right line crossing Mangare Road, and passing through Section 1,

being its production to the shores of the Arapuni Lake; then
