pursuance of section 46 of the Public Reserves, Domains,
and National Parks Act, 1928, to increase the total number of
members of the Tokaanu Domain Board from seven to eight, and
to appoint
Lawrence Samuel Dennis
as the additional member thereby rendered necessary.

to be Registrar at Christchurch of the Supreme Court of New
Zealand and Sheriff for the District of Canterbury for the purposes
of the Judicature Act, 1908, Registrar and Marshal at Christchurch
of the Supreme Court of New Zealand in respect of its jurisdiction
as a Colonial Court of Admiralty under the Colonial Courts of
Admiralty Act, 1890, on and after the 23rd day of June, 1944.
John Harold Cameron Halliday
to be Registrar of Marriages and of Births and Deaths for the
District of Huntly, on and from the 23rd day of December, 1946,
