is hereby set apart for defence purposes ; and I do also declare
that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the fourteenth
day of July, one thousand nine hundred and forty-seven.

A PROCLAMATION
P URSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Proclamation
dated the fourth day of September, one thousand nine hundred
and forty-five, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 57
of the sixth day of the same month, at page 1117, and deposited
in the Land Registry Office at Auckland under No. 11691, taking
land for a Native school, such land being no longer required.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the
Seal of that Dominion, this 7th day of July, 1947.
