PERCY SMITH, late of Owhango, Farmer, but now deceased.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Public Trustee of the Dominion
of New Zealand, on the 18th day of June, 1947, pursuant
to the powers in that behalf conferred upon him by section 62 of
the above-mentioned Act, filed a certificate in the Supreme Court,
Wellington, electing to administer the above estate under Part IV
of the said Act, and that the said estate will, as from the said date,
be administered, realized, and distributed in accordance with the
law and practice of bankruptcy.

for the issue of a new certificate of title in lieu thereof, notice is
hereby given of my intention to issue such new certificate of title
on 18th July, 1947.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

In the matter of the Public Works Act, 1928

NOTICE is hereby given that the AUCKLAND METROPOLITAN FIRE
BOARD proposes to execute a certain public work—namely,
the erection of a fire-station to serve the Otahuhu Borough—and
for the purposes of such public work the piece of land described in
the Schedule is required to be taken : And notice is hereby further
given that a plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited
in the office of the Secretary of the said Auckland Metropolitan Fire
Board, situate in Yorkshire House, Shortland Street, Auckland, and
is open for inspection (without fee) by all persons during ordinary
office hours.

All persons affected by the execution of the said public work
or by the taking of such land who have any well-grounded objection
to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said
piece of land must state their objections in writing, and send the
same, within forty days from the date of the first publication of
this notice, to the said Secretary of the said Auckland Metropolitan
Fire Board at his office in Yorkshire House, Shortland Street,
Auckland.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land containing 1 acre 3 roods 15·7 perches, more
or less, being portion of Lot 1 on a plan deposited in the Land
Registry Office at Auckland under No. 20454, being portion of
