Mining Privilege to be struck off the Register

NOTICE is hereby given, in pursuance of section 188 (3) of the Mining Act, 1926, that, unless sufficient cause to the contrary is shown within one month from the date hereof, the mining privilege mentioned in the Schedule hereto will be struck off the Register.

PURSUANT to the powers conferred on it by the Control of Prices Emergency Regulations 1939,* the Price Tribunal, acting with the authority of the Minister of Industries and Commerce, doth hereby make the following amending Price Order:—

1. This Order may be cited as Price Order No. 728, and shall be read together with and deemed part of Price Order No. 612† (hereinafter referred to as the principal Order).

2. This Order shall come into force on the 4th day of July, 1947.

3. The principal Order is hereby amended as follows:—

(a) By omitting paragraphs (a), (b), and (c) of subclause (1) of clause 6, and substituting the following paragraphs:—
