FREYBERG, Governor-General A PROCLAMATION PURSUANT to section thirty-five of the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1924. SCHEDULE APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown land : 34 perches. Being Lot 18, D.P. 1461, part Kaiti 3371 Block. Situated in the Borough of Gisborne (Gisborne R.D.). (S.O. 4221.) In the Gisborne Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 114554, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged pink. FREYBERG, Governor-General A PROCLAMATION PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estates in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held from His Majesty the King by Muriel Ann Cupples, of Cambridge, Married Woman, and Jack Douglas Davys and John Trevor Burton, both of Rotorua, Solicitors, under and by virtue of Lease No. 371, Auckland Registry, and held from the aforesaid Muriel Ann Cupples, Jack Douglas Davys, and John Trevor Burton by Davis Properties, Limited, of Auckland, under and by virtue of Sublease No. 2119, Auckland Registry, are hereby taken for broadcasting purposes ; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the seventh day of July, one thousand nine hundred and forty-seven. SCHEDULE APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed : 92 acres 1 rood 25 perches. Adjoining or passing through Hendley Farm Settlement. Situated in Block IV, Patoka Survey District (Hawke's Bay R.D.). (S.O. 2201.) In the Hawke's Bay Land District ; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 125065, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green. Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 25th day of June, 1947. R. SEMPLE, Minister of Works. FREYBERG, Governor-General A PROCLAMATION PURSUANT to section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as closed the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto. SCHEDULE APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed : 39.2 perches. Adjoining or passing through Kaiwhenua No. 8 Block and part Pukewhau Block. Situated in Block VIII, Thames Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 29338s.) In the Auckland Land District ; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 99173, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
