Price Order No. 725 (Amendment No. 7 of Price Orders Nos. 309, 310, and 311, and Amendment No. 2 of Price Order No. 677) (Jams)

PURSUANT to the powers conferred on it by the Control of Prices Emergency Regulations 1939,* the Price Tribunal, acting with the authority of the Minister of Industries and Commerce, doth hereby make the following amending Price Order :

  1. This Order may be cited as Price Order No. 725, and shall be read together with and deemed part of each of the Price Orders Nos. 309†, 310‡, 311§, and 677|| respectively (hereinafter referred to as the principal Orders).

  2. This Order shall come into force on the 27th day of June, 1947.

  3. The principal Orders are hereby severally amended by inserting in the Schedule to each Order (as substituted by Price Order No. 701) after the variety “Blackberry and apple” and under the appropriate headings the variety and prices set out in the Schedule hereto.
