A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section thirty-five of the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land which is described in the Schedule hereto and which was taken subject to the rights created by memorandum of transfer registered in the Land Registry Office at Dunedin as No. 128489 to be Crown land for the purposes of the Land Act, 1924, subject to the aforesaid rights.
