Declaring certain Crown Land to be subject to Part I of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1936

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to section five of the Native Purposes Act, 1939, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto to be subject to Part I of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1936.

SCHEDULE

All that area in the Hawke's Bay Land District, containing by admeasurement 363 acres 2 roods 18 perches, situated in Blocks XVI and XXI, Taramarama Survey District, being part of Matuku Block, and being Lot 1 on plan numbered 4256, deposited in the office of the District Land Registrar at Napier, and being also all the land comprised in Certificate of Title, Volume 31, folio 56 (Hawke's Bay Registry).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 17th day of June, 1947.

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

Approximate area of the piece of land proclaimed as road: 10 acres 1 rood 38.7 perches.

Being part Section 2.

Situatcd in Block VII, Leaning Rock Survey District (Otago R.D.).

In the Otago Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 125487, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 17th day of June, 1947.
