Proclaiming Native Land to have become Crown Land

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section four hundred and fifty-four of the Native Land Act, 1931, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, being satisfied that the purchase of the Native land described in the Schedule hereto has been fully completed by or on behalf of the Crown under the authority of the said Act, do hereby proclaim that the said land has become Crown land.
SCHEDULE
ALL that parcel of land containing 1 rood 1 perch, more or less, situated in Block IX, East Cape Survey District, being Section 63, Native Township of Araroa. As the same is more particularly shown on plan deposited in the Land Registry Office at Gisborne under No. 1162, and being the whole of the land described in Certificate of Title, Volume 96, folio 112 (Gisborne Registry).
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 17th day of June, 1947.

Declaring certain Crown Land to be subject to Part I of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1936

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section five of the Native Purposes Act, 1939, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto to be subject to Part I of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1936.
SCHEDULE
AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL those parcels of land containing two hundred and ninety-two (292) acres one (1) rood twenty-nine decimal two (29·2) perches, more or less, being Lots 5 and 6 on Deposited Plan 23148, being part Omataroa No. 9E Block, in Block XI, Rangitaiki Upper Survey District, containing 291 acres 1 rood 8 perches, and an undivided one-third part or share of and in Lot 7 on Deposited Plan 23148, being part Omataroa No. 9E Block, containing 1 acre 21·2 perches, and being all the land comprised in Certificate of Title, Volume 638, folio 287 (Auckland Registry), subject to the easement relating to water rights and to the right to take water from Lot 7 created in and by Transfer No. 246567.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 17th day of June, 1947.

SCHEDULE
ALL that area in the Tauranga County, containing by admeasurement 1 acre 3 roods and 14 perches, more or less, being Sections 7 and 8, Block XV, Tauranga Survey District, and being formerly closed road, Proclamation No. 11456. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 31302, deposited in the Head Office of the Department of Lands and Survey, and thereon edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 17th day of June, 1947.

ALL that piece or parcel of land containing 751 acres 2 roods 14 perches, more or less, called or known as Section 21, Waimana Settlement, Block IV, Waimana Survey District.
GISBORNE LAND DISTRICT
All that piece or parcel of land containing 666 acres, more or less, called or known as Section 1, Block VIII, Waimana Survey District.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 18th day of June, 1947.
