TT is hereby notified that unclaimed property in the hands of the Police at the various police-stations will, if not claimed before Saturday, the 15th February, 1947, be sold thereafter by public auction.

Law Practitioners Amendment Act, 1935

PURSUANT to the Law Practitioners Amendment Act, 1935, notice is hereby given that the Disciplinary Committee of the New Zealand Law Society on the 6th day of December, 1946, ordered that the name of Ernest Holmes Blundell be struck off the Rolls of Barristers and Solicitors of the Supreme Court of New Zealand and that he pay the sum of thirty guineas costs.

Dated at Wellington, this 15th day of January, 1947.
