Land taken for the Purpose of Paddocking Driven Cattle in Block II,
Taramarama Survey District, Wairoa County

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purpose of paddocking driven cattle and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Wairoa as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the nineteenth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and forty-seven.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 2 acres 0 roods 12 perches.
Being part Section 4, Raupo Block.
Situated in Block II, Taramarama Survey District (Gisborne R.D.). (S.O. 4351.)
In the Gisborne Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 125340, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 7th day of May, 1947.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for public offices and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Napier as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the nineteenth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and forty-seven.

In the Hawke’s Bay Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 125334, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 2nd day of May, 1947.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a further portion of the East Coast Main Trunk Railway, Gisborne to Napier (Gisborne–Waikokopu Section).
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 3 acres 2 roods 36 perches.
Being part Takararoa Block, D.P. 1759.
Situated in Block XVI, Nuhaka North Survey District (Hawke’s Bay R.D.). (S.O. 2119 and 2120.)
In the Hawke’s Bay Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plans marked P.W.D. 120237 and P.W.D. 120238, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 8th day of May, 1947.
