Station 40A, Tiratumutumu, in Block XI, Mangakahia Survey District; thence easterly along a right line to the south-western corner of Section 8, Block XII, Mangakahia Survey District, and a right line to Trig. Station L 1, Taute wha-nanga, in Block IX, Purua Survey District; thence south-easterly along a right line to Trig. Station M 2, in Block X, Purua Survey District; thence southerly along a right line to a point in the middle of the Tauraroa River in line with the production southward of the eastern boundary of Lot 44 on the plan numbered 8548, deposited in the office of the District Land Registrar at Auckland, being part of Walton’s Grant, the said point being a point on the boundary of the Whangarei County; thence north-westerly, westerly, northerly, and easterly generally along that county boundary, being a right line to the southern end of the eastern boundary of Lot 44 aforesaid, the eastern boundary of the said Lot 44, part of the northern boundary of Lot 43 on the plan numbered 8548 aforesaid, the eastern boundary of Block VII, Tangihua Survey District, the eastern boundary of Block I of that survey district, the south-western boundary of Sections E. 9, S.W. 9,

THE HOBSON TRIBAL DISTRICT
All that area in the North Auckland Land District, being Hobson County, as described in the New Zealand Gazette of 28th January, 1932, at page 149, and the western half of the Wairoa River and the Kaipara Harbour joining that county.
THE OTAMATEA TRIBAL DISTRICT
All that area in the North Auckland Land District, being the counties of Otamatea and Rodney and portion of the Wairoa River and Kaipara Harbour, bounded by a line commencing at a point in the middle of the Wairoa River in line with the north-western boundary of the Parish of Tokatoka; thence north-easterly along a right line to the westernmost corner of that parish, being a point on the boundary of the Otamatea County, as described in the New Zealand Gazette of 20th June, 1929, at page 1684; thence north-easterly, south-easterly, easterly, and southerly generally along the boundaries of the Otamatea County, as described in the New Zealand Gazette aforesaid, to the mouth of the Mangawai Harbour; then south-easterly across the mouth of that harbour to the sea-coast, being a point on the boundary of Rodney County, as described in the New Zealand Gazette of 28th March, 1929, at page 790; thence south-easterly, southerly, and westerly generally along the boundaries of the Rodney County, as described in the New Zealand Gazette aforesaid, to the middle of the Makarau River; thence south-westerly and north-westerly down the middle of that river and Kaipara Harbour, and up the middle of the Wairoa River to a point in line with the north-western boundary of the Parish of Tokatoka, being the point of commence-ment.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 19th day of April, 1947.
