THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE

Price Order No. 676 (Amending Price Orders Nos. 307, 308, 309, 310 and 311) (Jams)

Pursuant to the powers conferred on it by the Control of Prices Emergency Regulations 1939,* the Price Tribunal, acting with the authority of the Minister of Industries and Commerce, doth hereby make the following amending Price Order:

This Order may be cited as Price Order No. 676, and shall be read together with and deemed part of each of the several Price Orders specified in the First Schedule hereto.
This Order shall come into force on the 18th day of April, 1947.
(1) The Price Orders specified in the Second Schedule hereto are hereby revoked.

(2) The revocation of the said Orders shall not affect the liability of any person for any offence in relation thereto committed before the coming into force of this Order.

Each of the Price Orders specified in the First Schedule hereto is hereby amended as follows:-

(a) By adding to the definition of "Assorted case lot" in subclause (1) of clause 2 the words "or two dozen 16 oz. jars":

(b) By inserting after the words "as follows:-" in subclause (3) of clause 5 the words "In respect of 16 oz. jars: By 6d. per dozen":

(c) By inserting after the words "as follows:-" in subclause (4) of clause 5 the words "In respect of 16 oz. jars: By 4d. per dozen":

(d) By inserting after the words "as follows:-" in paragraph (b) of subclause (1) of clause 6 the words "In respect of 16 oz. jars: By 1d."":

(e) By omitting the Schedule to each Price Order and substituting in each case the following Schedule:-
