A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

In the Nelson Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plans marked and coloured as above mentioned, and deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 25th day of March, 1947.

Pursuant to section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

Pursuant to section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as closed the portion of street described in the Schedule hereto.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of street closed : 30.04 perches.
Adjoining or passing through part Waikanae lc Block and Lots 19, 20, and 21, D.P. 1357, part Waikanae lc Block.
Situated in the Borough of Gisborne(Gisborne R.D.). (S.O. 4378.)
In the Gisborne Land District ; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 125093, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 9th day of April, 1947.
