PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of
the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that
the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for
broadcasting purposes; and I do also declare that this Proclamation
shall take effect on and after the twenty-first day of April, one
one thousand nine hundred and forty-seven.

and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Auckland as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and
