Price Order No. 674 (Amending Price Order No. 665) (Apples and Pears)
PURSUANT to the powers conferred on it by the Control of Prices Emergency Regulations 1939,* the Price Tribunal, acting with the authority of the Minister of Industries and Commerce, doth hereby make the following amending Price Order:—

This Order may be cited as Price Order No. 674, and shall be read together with and deemed part of Price Order No. 665† (hereinafter referred to as the principal Order).

This Order shall come into force on the 14th day of April, 1947.

The First and Second Schedules to the principal Order, are hereby revoked, and the following Schedules substituted therefor respectively:—

Appointment of Deputy District Public Trustee
NOTICE is hereby given that, in pursuance of the power and authority vested in me by section 3 of the Public Trust Office Amendment Act, 1921–22, I, the Public Trustee of the Dominion of New Zealand, have appointed Hugh Samuel Eccles, of the Public Trust Office, Oamaru, to be deputy of the District Public Trustee, Oamaru, during the absence of such District Public Trustee from his headquarters from any cause.
