Altering the Boundaries of the Te Awamutu Electric-power District

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Electric-power Boards Act, 1925, I,
Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby alter the boundaries of the Te Awamutu Electric-power District so as to include the area described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
ALL that area in the Waipa County, bounded by a line commencing at a point on the boundary of the Te Awamutu Electric-power District, as constituted by Proclamation dated the 18th day of December, 1919, and published in the Gazette No. I of the 8th day of January, 1920, at page 13, being the confluence of the Owairaka and Kaiwhio Streams in Block XIV, Maungatautari Survey District, and running easterly generally up the middle of the said Owairaka Stream, to and along the southern boundary of Lot 6 on the plan numbered 24621, deposited in the office of the District Land Registrar at Auckland, being part Maungatautari No. 4F Block, to and along the southern boundary of Section 25, Block XV, Maungatautari Survey District, along a right line across a public road, to and along the southern boundary of Section 26, Tautari Settlement, to and along the southern boundary of Lot 1 on the plan numbered 21882, deposited as aforesaid, being part Section 7A, Tautari Settlement, along a right line across a public road, to and along the southern boundary of Lot 2 on the plan numbered 21882 aforesaid, to and along the southern boundary of part Section 7A of the said settlement, and along a right line, being the last-mentioned boundary produced across Mangare Road, to the shores of the Arapuni Lake; thence south-easterly generally along the shores of the said lake to a point in line with the north-western boundary of Section 10, Block IV, Wharepapa Survey District; thence along a right line, to and along the said north-western boundary, and along another right line across Section 1, Block IV aforesaid, and a public road, to and along the north-western boundaries of Sections 8 and 7, Block III of the said survey district, along a right line across a public road, to and along the north-western boundaries of Wharepuhunga Nos. part 16B 3B 3D 2 and 16B 2 Blocks to the easternmost corner of Section 15, Block II of the said Wharepapa Survey District; thence north-westerly generally along the north-eastern boundary of Section 15 aforesaid, and the north-eastern boundaries of Sections 14 and 13 of the said Block II, to and down the middle of the Kaiwhio Stream to the point of commencement; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 125106, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 25th day of March, 1947.

Declaring Portions of Railway Land at Petone to be Crown Land

A PROCLAMATION
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1924.
SCHEDULE
ALL those six parcels of land containing together 1 acre 2 roods 20.55 perches, more or less, situate in the Borough of Petone, being part of Section 2, Hutt District, being also Lots 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10, and Drainage Reserve adjoining Lots 7 and 8 on Deposited Plan No. 10134, and being part of the land comprised in Certificate of Title, Volume 488, folio 252 (Wellington Registry).
In the Wellington Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 8661, deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon edged green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 1st day of April, 1947.

Revoking a Proclamation taking Additional Land at Mangapeehi for the Purposes of the North Island Main Trunk Railway

A PROCLAMATION
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the sixteenth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and forty-six, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 26 of the twenty-fourth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and forty-six, page 517, taking additional land at Mangapeehi for the purposes of the North Island Main Trunk Railway.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 1st day of April, 1947.
