Price Order No. 668 (Amending Various Milk Price Orders)
(Milk and Cream)
Pursuant to the powers conferred on it by the Control of
Prices Emergency Regulations 1939,* the Price Tribunal,
acting with the authority of the Minister of Industries and Commerce,
doth hereby make the following amending Price Order:—

This Order may be cited as Price Order No. 668, and shall be
read together with and deemed part of each of the several Price
Orders specified in the Schedule hereto. -
This Order shall come into force on the 1st day of April, 1947.

Price Orders No. 25†, No. 538‡, and No. 598§ are hereby
revoked. -
(1) The Price Orders specified in the Schedule hereto are
hereby severally amended by omitting the Schedule to each Price
Order and substituting in each case the following Schedule:—

(2) The prices specified in the Schedule set out in the last

Price Order No. 669 (Amending Price Order No. 600) (Milk—Opotiki)
Pursuant to the powers conferred on it by the Control of
Prices Emergency Regulations 1939,* the Price Tribunal,
acting with the authority of the Minister of Industries and Commerce,
doth hereby make the following amending Price Order:—

This Order may be cited as Price Order No. 669, and shall
be read together with and deemed part of Price Order No. 600†
(hereinafter referred to as the principal Order). -
This Order shall come into force on the 1st day of April, 1947.

Price Order No. 559‡ is hereby revoked.
-
The principal Order is hereby amended as follows:—
(a) By inserting in clause 2 in the definitions of “Commercial
user”, “Consumer”, and “Shop dairy” after the word
“milk” wherever it appears the words “or cream”:
(b) By inserting in subclause (1) of clause 3 after the word
“milk” wherever it appears the words “or cream”:
(c) By inserting in subclause (2) of clause 3 after the words
“all milk” the words “or cream”:
(d) By inserting in subclauses (1), (2), (4), and (5) of clause 4
after the word “milk” wherever it appears the words
“or cream”:
(e) By revoking the Schedule and substituting the following
Schedule:—
“SCHEDULE

Public Trust Office.—Alteration and Reconstitution of Local Districts
Whereas by section 2 of the Public Trust Office Amendment
Act, 1921–22, it is enacted that the Public Trustee may, by
notice in the New Zealand Gazette, from time to time establish and
define, abolish, alter, and reconstitute local districts for the purposes
of the said Act: And whereas, in pursuance of the said power, a
notice establishing and defining (inter alia) the local district to be
controlled by the District Public Trustee for Dunedin was published
in the New Zealand Gazette on the 13th day of April, 1922:
And whereas it has become expedient to establish a local
district to be known as the Oamaru District to consist of part of
the lands formerly included in the said local district of Dunedin:
Now, therefore, in pursuance and in exercise of the powers con-
ferred on me by the said section 2, I, William George Baird, the Public
Trustee of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, as from the
3rd day of February, 1947, establish the local district to be con-
trolled by the District Public Trustee for Oamaru and alter the
local district controlled by the District Public Trustee for Dunedin
as set out hereunder:—
LOCAL DISTRICT OF OAMARU
The boroughs of Oamaru and Hampden and the whole of the
County of Waitaki.
LOCAL DISTRICT OF DUNEDIN
The following area has been removed from the control of the
District Public Trustee for Dunedin and placed under the control
of the District Public Trustee for Oamaru:—
The boroughs of Oamaru and Hampden and the whole of the
County of Waitaki.
Given under the hand and seal of the Public Trustee, this 18th
day of March, 1947.
