Road; thence along the middle of that road to a point in line with

produced across a public road, to and along the north-western
boundary of part of Hinuera No. 2 Block; thence southerly generally
along the south-western boundaries of the last-mentioned block,
the north-western boundary of Section 15, Karapiro Settlement,
the eastern boundary of part of Lot 2, as shown on the plan numbered
3569, deposited as aforesaid, being parts of Allotments 277 and
278 of Hautapu Parish, a right line across French Pass Road, to
and along the western boundary generally of Section 9 of the said

down the middle of the Waikato River to the south-eastern boundary
of the Borough of Ngaruwahia; thence along the south-eastern,
north-eastern, and northern boundaries of the Borough of Ngarua-
wahia, as described in New Zealand Gazette of 1921, page 501, and
the production of the last-mentioned boundary to the middle of
the Waikato River; thence again down the middle of the Waikato
River to the southern boundary of the Borough of Huntly; thence
along the southern, eastern, and northern boundaries of the Borough
of Huntly, as described in New Zealand Gazette of 1945, page 1373,
to the middle of the Waikato River; thence again generally down
the middle of the Waikato River, so as to include within the said
boundaries all islands in the said river, to the point of commencement.

All that area in the Auckland Land District, bounded by a line
commencing at the southernmost corner of Section 3 of Block VI,
Cambridge Survey District, and running north-easterly generally
along the south-eastern boundary of the said Section 3 and the
southern side of a public road to a point in line with the south-
eastern boundary of Section 3s, Te Miro Settlement; thence along
a right line across the said public road, to and along the south-eastern
boundary of the said Section 3s, the south-eastern boundary of
Section 76s of the said settlement, a right line across the Te Miro
Road, to and along the south-eastern boundaries of Sections 6s of
the said settlement, and Maungakawa B Nos. 1 and 2 Blocks, the
southern boundaries of Tawawhakaporo Block, as shown on the plan
numbered 27844, deposited in the office of the District Land Registrar
at Auckland, the southern boundaries of Lot 7 and southern and
eastern boundaries of part of Lot 8, as shown on the plan numbered
17890, deposited as aforesaid, being parts of Te Pae O Turawaru
Nos. 2c 2 and 2c 1 Blocks, and a right line being the last-mentioned
boundary produced through Section 7, Block IV, Cambridge Survey
District, across a public road, and through Lot 13, as shown on the
plan numbered 17891, deposited as aforesaid, being part of the said
No. 2c 1 Block, and being part of Te Tapu B No. 2 Block, to the
middle of the Piakonui Stream; thence down the middle of that
stream to a point in line with the south-western boundary of Lot 4,
as shown on the plan numbered 14276, deposited as aforesaid, being
part of Te Pae O Turawaru No. 2 Block; thence along a right line
through Lot 10, as shown on the plan numbered 17890, deposited
as aforesaid, being parts of Te Pae O Turawaru and Te Tapui Blocks,
to and along the south-western boundary of the said Lot 4, a right
line across a public road, to and along the south-western boundaries
of part of Lot 2, as shown on the plan numbered 5116, deposited

of Maurihoro A Block, being Crown land set apart as a scenic reserve
by Proclamation published in New Zealand Gazette No. 75 of the
12th day of November, 1936, page 2188, to the western corner of
Lot 1, as shown on the plan numbered 5156, deposited as aforesaid,
being part of Whakamarama No. 2 Block; thence southerly generally
along the south-western boundaries of the said Lot 1, and Lots 3,
5, 7, 10, and 15, as shown on the plan numbered 5099, deposited as

Lot 22, as shown on the said plan numbered 5099, being part of the said

District; thence south-easterly along a right line from the said
Trig. Station No. 146 to Trig. Station No. 27, Puwhenua, being the
eastern corner of Block VII, Tapapa East Survey District; thence
south-westerly along a right line from the said Trig. Station No. 27
to Trig. Station No. 807, Uraura, in Block VII, Ngautuku Survey
District; thence again south-westerly along a right line between the
said Trig. Station No. 807 and the mouth of the Waihora Stream at
Lake Taupo to the middle of the Waikato River; thence north-
westerly generally down the middle of the said river to its inter-
section in Block XII, Maungatautari Survey District, with the right
line between Trig. Station No. 807 aforementioned and Trig. Station
No. 1427, Maungatautari, in Block VII, Maungatautari Survey
District; thence again north-westerly along that right line to the
said Trig. Station No. 1427, and along another right line to the
easternmost corner of Section 11, Block II, Maungatautari Survey
District; thence along the north-eastern boundaries of the said
