Price Order No. 662 (Amending Price Order No. 475) (Tomatoes)
PURSUANT to the powers conferred on it by the Control of Prices Emergency Regulations 1939,* the Price Tribunal, acting with the authority of the Minister of Industries and Commerce, doth hereby make the following amending Price Order :—

This Order may be cited as Price Order No. 662, and shall be read together with and deemed part of Price Order No. 475† (hereinafter referred to as the principal Order).

This Order shall come into force on the 7th day of March, 1947.

The principal Order, as amended by Price Order No. 638‡, is hereby further amended by omitting from the Schedule thereto, as set out in the said Price Order No. 638, the words “Hawke’s Bay Land District,” together with the dates and prices relating to the sale of tomatoes in the said district, and substituting the following words, dates, and prices :—
