Declaring a Portion of Railway Land at Temuka to be Crown Land

A PROCLAMATION

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested
in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other
power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I,
Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the
land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject
to the Land Act, 1924.


SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land: 2 acres 1 rood 19·6 perches.
Being part Reserve 283.

Situated in the Borough of Temuka. (S.O. 7835.)

In the Canterbury Land District; as the same is more parti-
cularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 8690, deposited in the
office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon
coloured orange.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal
of that Dominion, this 24th day of February, 1947.

Crown Land set apart for Public Buildings of the General Government
in the City of Wanganui

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare
that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set
apart for public buildings of the General Government; and I do
also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after
the tenth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and forty-
seven.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 1 rood
3 perches.

Being part Sections 25 and 26, Town of Wanganui, and being the
whole of the land comprised and described in Certificate of
Title, Volume 114, folio 59 (Wellington Land Registry).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal
of that Dominion, this 26th day of February, 1947.

Wakapuaka Survey District

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare
that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set
apart for a roadman's cottage; and I do also declare that this
Proclamation shall take effect on and after the tenth day of
March, one thousand nine hundred and forty-seven.

yellow.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal
of that Dominion, this 26th day of February, 1947.
