Land taken for Defence Purposes in Block VI, Waitemata Survey District

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for defence purposes.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 3 acres 0 roods 12 perches.
Being Lot 16, D.P. 11504, being part Allotment 3, Parish of Waipareira, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 280, folio 84 (Auckland Land Registry).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 26th day of February, 1947.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the tenth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and forty-seven.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land taken:—

0 0 31·56 Tawhiti 1B 1N; coloured blue.
0 1 6·9 Part Tawhiti 1B 1 (road-line); coloured orange.

Situated in Block IV, Tokomaru Survey District (Gisborne R.D.). (S.O. 4365.)

In the Gisborne Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 124824, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 26th day of February, 1947.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the tenth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and forty-seven.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 rood 34 perches.
Being part Section 16.

Situated in Block XIV, Manganui Survey District. (S.O. 20750.)

In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 112192, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 26th day of February, 1947.
