Pursuant to the Public Works Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby direct the sale of the land described in the Schedule hereto, such land being no longer required for the purpose for which it was taken.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a county road.

SCHEDULE
All that portion of road in the Wellington Land District, Horowhenua County, known as the Kereru Farm Settlement Road, commencing at the western terminus of the public road adjoining Section 3, Block XIII, Mount Robinson Survey District (Kereru Farm Settlement), plan S.O. 21433, and proceeding thence in a westerly direction generally, adjoining the said Section 3, Lot 8 on D.P. 4297, being part Manawatu-Kukutauaki 7D No. 3 and Manawatu-Kukutauaki 7D No. 1 Subdivision 6A, situated in Block XIII, Mount Robinson Survey District, and terminating at the south-eastern boundary of Section 7, Block XIII, Mount Robinson Survey District (Kereru Farm Settlement), being a distance of 28 chains, more or less. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 124484, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Pursuant to section five hundred and forty-three of the Native Land Act, 1931, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, doth hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Native freehold land.

SCHEDULE
All that area of land in the North Auckland Land District, in the Borough of Whangarei, being Lots 15, 16, 17, and 18 on Deposited Plan 13841, together containing an area of 2 roods 4.9 perches, being parts of Allotment 1, Parish of Whangarei, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 329, folio 111, and Volume 318, folio 227 (Auckland Registry).

Pursuant to section four hundred and forty-two of the Native Land Act, 1931, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, doth hereby prohibit all alienation of the Native land described in the Schedule hereto other than alienation in favour of the Crown.

SCHEDULE
All that area in the Hawke's Bay Land District, situated in Block XVI, Taramarama Survey District, containing by admeasurement 55 acres 1 rood 14 perches, exclusive of all public roads, being being part Aranui 1B Block and bounded as follows: Towards the north-west by Taupara 2D 3B 7 Block; towards the north-east by the Wairoa River, part Section Is, Awamate Settlement, Aranui F Block, and Section 4s, Awamate Settlement; towards the south-east by the Wairoa River; towards the south-west by Section 3s and part Section Is, Awamate Settlement; thence towards the north-west by a public road, and again towards the south-west by Aranui 1A Block.
