Crown Land set apart for a State Highway Depot in Block III, Kapiti Survey District

A PROCLAMATION

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a State highway depot; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the eighteenth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and forty-six.

SCHEDULE

Situated in Block III, Kapiti Survey District.

In the Wellington Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plans marked and coloured as above mentioned, and deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 5th day of February, 1946.

Declaring Crown Land to be a Soil Conservation Reserve in Block IV, Taylor Pass Survey District

A PROCLAMATION

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by section sixteen of the Soil Conservation and Rivers Control Act, 1941, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto to be a soil conservation reserve.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land declared to be a soil conservation reserve: 406 acres.

Being Section 2 of 8, Wither Settlement.

Situated in Block IV, Taylor Pass Survey District (Marlborough R.D.). (S.O. 3776.)

In the Marlborough Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 119003, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 9th day of February, 1946.
