Adding an Outer Area to the Bay of Plenty Electric-power District

A PROCLAMATION

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred on me by the Electric-power Boards Act, 1925, and of every other power in anywise enabling me in that behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare that from the date hereof the area described in the Schedule hereto shall be an outer area of the Bay of Plenty Electric-power District.

SCHEDULE

ALL that area of land in the Auckland Land District, being portion of the Rotorua County, bounded by a line commencing at the north-eastern corner of the said Rotorua County, and proceeding thence along the eastern boundary of the said Rotorua County to its intersection with the southern boundary of Block VII, Rotoma Survey District; thence along the southern boundary of Blocks VII and VI, Rotoma Survey District, to its intersection with the eastern side of Lake Roto-ehu; thence in a northerly direction along the eastern side of Lake Roto-ehu to its intersection with Hannon’s Road; thence in a northerly direction along Hannon’s Road to its intersection with the northern boundary of the said Rotorua County; thence along the northern boundary of the said Rotorua County to the point of commencement. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 122938, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 9th day of February, 1946.

Crown Land set apart for the South Island Main Trunk Railway (North End), in Block IX, Mount Fyffe Survey District

A PROCLAMATION

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for the South Island Main Trunk Railway (north end); and I do also hereby declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the eighteenth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and forty-six.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 13·4 perches.
Being part Lot 3, D.P. 212, being part Section 228, Kaikoura Suburban.

Situated in Block IX, Mount Fyffe Survey District (Marlborough R.D.). (S.O. 3815.)

In the Marlborough Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 122319, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 9th day of February, 1946.

Crown Land set apart for Health Purposes (Medical Practitioner’s Residence) in Block IX, Katikati Survey District

A PROCLAMATION

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for health purposes (medical practitioner’s residence); and I do also hereby declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the eighteenth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and forty-six.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 1 rood 6 perches.
Being part Lot 1, D.P. 31054, being part Allotment 44, Tahawai Parish.

Situated in Block IX, Katikati Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 32496.)

In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 120377, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 9th day of February, 1946.
